All products on this website are intended for legal use and may not be used, or discussed in a manner that is illegal. As the consumer, it is your responsibility to know your local and state laws before making your purchase. If purchasing our products is not in accordance with your local laws, do not attempt to purchase them from this website. By purchasing from this website you are expressly stating that the sale and delivery of these products is in accordance with the laws governing your city or state.

You are aware that all of our products are sold for LEGAL smoking or vaporizing use and confirm you will use them solely for such legal purposes. If you purchase any vaporizers and/or electronic cigarettes, you agree that they are not a medical device. Product Representation

All photographs and images (hereinafter collectively referred to as “images”) of an item(s) on The HardKore HeadShop (hereinafter referred to as The HardKore HeadShop) are for representation purposes only. The HardKore HeadShop always does its best to provide the most accurate representation of each individual item to the purchaser. All items might have slight variations from the image shown on the website due to slight production variations/enhancement, including but are limited to slight differences in size, shaping, and color of the item. The image shown on the website is to give the best representation possible to the purchaser of the item but may not be exact. The HardKore HeadShop is not liable or responsible for slight differences from a physical item(s) tendered to a purchaser and the image provided on the website. The HardKore HeadShop reserves the right, in it its sole discretion, to change and/or update any image on the site.

 

Payment Policy

All payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All credit card processing is securely handled by Bank Card USA. We accept all forms of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards including pre-paid cards. Your charges will show up on your account as HardKore LLC.

 

Delivery Policy

The HardKore HeadShop is not responsible for packages stolen, lost or otherwise tampered with after delivery. After a shipment has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier service no refund or reshipment will be available for that order.

 

Return Policy

 If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents.  All contents must be new and unused. Email Hardkorellc@gmail.com photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any damaged items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned. A refund will be processed after the unused item has been returned and verified.

 The HardKore HeadShop accepts returns on all unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. A refund in store credit for the purchase price will be issued when the item has been returned and approved for re-stocking. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied.

 The HardKore HeadShop is not able to accept returns, exchange or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. It is your responsibility to inspect all items prior to use, as once used they cannot be returned for any reason. Any used items returned to The HardKore HeadShop will not be issued a refund, nor will we be able to re-ship the product back to you for any reason.

 

You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. If importing and/or owning smoking accessories is illegal in your state, city, county, or country, The HardKore HeadShop accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities in transit or after delivery.
